PET MOLDING SYSTEM FLEXIBILTY AND PRODUCTIVITY

    New C-zzH5000 Machine is designed to produce biaxially oriented high quality PET containers at a constant output rate of up tp 5,000 botties/hour,covering the most frequently used container sizes from 0.2l to 1.5L(5l in singlecaviry configuration).
    The C-ZH5000 combines the proven simplicity and reliability of the linear machine concept with the most recent developments in the field of PET process thchnoloty. The digltally controlied heater elementes allow

extremely accurate temperature settings for all types of prefoms, resulting inns prtimised material distribution and consequently superior bottle quality and lower overall bottle weight.
   Quickly installed and easy to operrate(userfriendly operator/machine interface),the C-ZH5000 model provides outstanding production flexibility and versatility for a widw range of applications:mineral water,cabonated drinks,fruit juices,isotonic drinks,edible oil vinegar,brandy,wine,detdrgents,consmetics,agro-chemicals etc.
    specific equipment packages are available foe the production of refillable PET bottles and <hot fill>bottles.

1-2 Preform loading/transfer

    The preforms are unloaded into a large capacity hopper and transferred by means of an elevator belt to the loading rail. A reliable,easy toadjust parallel roller type preform loadr ensures constant feeding of the preforms onto the carried pins.After being securely positioned,each preform is transportend into heating system in <neck-down> position by robots.

3 Preform heating system

    The constantly rotating preforms pass-in <neck-down> position-in front of 4 heater boxes with 8 lamps each (option 10 lamps) providing a powerful optimal heating foe all preforms. The position of each lamp is individually adjustable,allowing a very accurate setting of the ideal preform heating profil.Ô£

5 Stretch Blow system

    The press opening and is performed by aproven air pressure system,providing a high level of precision and repeatability even after years of extensive machine use.Easy access to moulds and a simple mold fixing concept facilitate quick production changes, even when changing preform neck diameters .
    The stretch rods,which control the axial stretching,are introduced and tuided into the preforms through the center hole of the carried pins. O-rings located at the base of the carrier ons secure a perfect aie seal between preform

and oin eliminating the need for additional blow nozzles. The blow-moulding process starts as soon as the press is closed,medium pressure pre-blowing (up to 10bar) and high pressure blowing (up of 40 bar) ensure optimised material distribution throughout the bottle walls.
    To accommodate special process conditions (e.g.refillable PET bottles ,hot-fill bottles), the mould temperatuer can be regulated with two or more circuits (optional).

6 Bottle discharge

    The blown bottles are removed from the carriers by means of 6 extraction grip-pers and transferred <neek-up> to the customer,s converor system.

7 Process control

    A powerful PLC drives the machine allowing easy setting and control of the pertaining production parameters through its feel display friendly interface.Most of the blowing parameters can be adjuster indivdually and in real time,i.e.without stopping the machine. A self-diagnosis system infdicates possible operating anomalies.
